MIKE REAMES

Mike has spent his entire life on the Peninsula. At the age of 4, his parents relocated from Hampton to Yorktown, where he attended elementary through high school. As a teenager, he started a landscaping business and had clients ranging from residential to business along the Route 17 corridor.
Mike attended Clemson University and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science and Management. During his time at Clemson, he met his wife, Jill. They decided to make Yorktown their home and raise their family there. Jill works as a first-grade teacher at Dare Elementary for York County Public Schools. Together, they have three children: Jackson lives in Richmond, Andy is a Junior at Hampden Sydney, and Meredith is a Freshman at East Carolina University.
After college, Mike worked for a local commercial and industrial construction company. He started as a project estimator and then became a field supervisor. He built many of the area's most iconic buildings, such as the Ferguson Performing Arts Center and the Harrison Opera House. His company also built many local schools, and he has worked in most industrial plants and facilities, including Newport News Shipbuilding, Siemens, and Canon. When Mike and his brother purchased the company, Mike became the CEO and led all of the field crews.
In 2011, Mike and his family decided to make a professional change, and he began his real estate career. In 2012, he recruited Tiffany McDonough, and together, they became one of the area’s most successful real estate teams. They have sold over 375 homes and have provided guidance and advice to countless other clients. They take pride in serving the best interests of their clients, not just the transaction. The Reames Realty Group office is located in Yorktown.
TIFFANY McDONOUGH

Tiffany started working in real estate at 16 years old as a Post-Closing Specialist for a local title company. The owner trusted her at a very young age with an immense amount of responsibilities, which allowed her to become familiar with real estate transactions. She remains grateful for such an amazing opportunity that opened the door for what would become her lifetime career.
While attending college, Tiffany was offered a position with a local real estate firm. During her 7.5 years working there, she obtained her real estate license and quickly worked her way up to become the Transaction Coordinator Supervisor. During her time there, she supervised a team of 9 and was responsible for an average of 60-90 properties at a time. By handling up to 20 closings each month, she gained invaluable experience in writing contracts, negotiating, meeting deadlines, marketing, inspections, correcting title defects, and, most importantly, getting to closing as quickly and smoothly as possible.
In 2012, Tiffany joined Mike Reames as a part of the Reames Realty Group at Keller Williams Elite-Peninsula. She was excited to become part of a family-oriented team and saw Mike’s immense potential and knowledge. She knew he would quickly make his mark on the local real estate market. Together, they have sold over 375 homes and provided counsel to countless more clients. They pride themselves on providing guidance and advice that serve the client’s best interest, not the transaction.

Tiffany was raised in Gloucester by parents who instilled a strong work ethic, loyalty, and honesty. She continues to call Gloucester home with her husband, Mark, a retired Navy Operations Specialist. Together, they have three kids: Kylee, Kamryn, and Declan.
